Bimmerly is an independent community forum focused on BMW enthusiasts in the United Kingdom. Bimmerly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG, BMW UK, or any BMW group company. "BMW" and related marks are the property of their respective trademark owners. Bimmerly does not manufacture or sell vehicle parts.

By creating an account, browsing, posting, or otherwise using Bimmerly, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials and security settings confidential.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep account details reasonably up to date.
  • We may require additional verification for sensitive account actions.
  • Respect other members. Harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, impersonation, scams, and spam are prohibited.
  • Do not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or dangerous content.
  • Do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass limits, scrape protected data, or disrupt service operation.
  • Do not use automated systems in ways that create abuse, unfair load, or data misuse.

5. User Content and Posting License

  • You retain ownership of your posts and uploads.
  • By posting, you grant Bimmerly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, index, and distribute your content as needed to run forum features.
  • You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish any text, image, or media you upload.
  • You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions.
  • Moderators and administrators may review reports and enforce platform rules.
  • Enforcement can include content edits/removal, temporary restrictions, muting, suspension, or account termination.
  • Enforcement decisions may consider trust/risk indicators, abuse evidence, and repeated violations.
  • Appeal paths may be available through moderation workflows.
  • Marketplace and vendor interactions are between users and vendors; Bimmerly is not a party to those transactions.
  • Vendor trust indicators, fitment checks, and confidence scores are informational tools, not guarantees.
  • Credits are internal platform utility points only; they are not money, e-money, securities, or investment instruments.
  • Platform purchases and feature unlocks may be limited, revoked, or adjusted where abuse or policy violations are detected.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

Bimmerly may include links to third-party websites, media, or services. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, content, or policies.

  • The Bimmerly platform design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform code/assets without permission.
  • Brand names and trademarks referenced by users (including BMW marks) remain the property of their owners.
  • We may add, modify, pause, or retire features to improve reliability, safety, or compliance.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
  • Planned maintenance and emergency downtime can occur.
  • The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Bimmerly does not warrant that services are uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Bimmerly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary for policy enforcement, security, legal compliance, or protection of users and platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your home jurisdiction applies otherwise. Courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires a different venue.
